A core Alumix Pro production specialisation
Two six-metre ovens support powder coating and woodgrain production for compatible aluminium cladding, battens, profiles, panels and components.
Alumix Pro's current woodgrain specification uses a polyurethane-based coating system selected for durability rather than treating every order as a standard polyester finish. Product compatibility, intended application and any project-specific performance requirements are confirmed in writing.
The product, dimensions, quantities, colour and grain reference are reviewed together before the production and coating sequence is released.

Specify woodgrain with the aluminium product
Woodgrain is quoted as part of the production specification, not assumed from a screen colour. Product compatibility, grain reference, direction, quantity, coating system and approval requirements are confirmed for each order.
Compatible Products
Cladding, battens, profiles, panels and components are reviewed for the intended coating and application.

The current woodgrain coating specification uses a polyurethane-based system selected for durability, with suitability reviewed by application.
Finish & Repeat Control
Approved part, colour and grain references provide a clearer production basis for project and repeat orders.
Finished coated products and coating services are available for enquiry. Proprietary process settings and woodgrain production know-how remain internal to Alumix Pro and are not included in machinery sales.
