Delivery for Aluminium Supply & Project Orders
Packaging and freight depend on the aluminium product mix, dimensions, quantities and destination. Here is what happens between a manufacturer or project enquiry and delivery.
Review
You send the application, dimensions, quantities, drawings and destination. We confirm the supply and factory preparation before quoting.
Production
Approved cladding, battens, panels or components move into supply, cutting, CNC preparation and any specified woodgrain coating. Timing follows the agreed scope and production queue.
Pack
The finished order is protected for its product mix and transport route before handover to the freight carrier.
Dispatch
Freight cost, route and lead time are confirmed for the nominated address before production begins.
Where we deliver
Metro and regional addresses across Australia. Freight to capital cities is the most routine; regional routes simply get a specific freight quote instead of a flat assumption. If a freight carrier services your address, we can quote it.
Commercial sites, apartments or restricted-access deliveries should be identified in the enquiry so packaging and handover requirements can be discussed before dispatch.
About lead times
We do not publish a blanket delivery timeframe. Lead time depends on the product mix, quantities, factory preparation, woodgrain coating scope, production queue and freight route. It is confirmed in writing with the quote.
If something arrives damaged
Freight is insured door to door. Note any visible damage with the driver, photograph it and contact us — resolution is handled through the freight insurance, not argued over email.
