The factory operates two cladding roll-forming lines, two six-metre coating ovens, two six-metre double-head saws and four CNC machines. System-specific profile tooling, profile inventory, ultrasonic equipment and order-packing capability support the wider production workflow.
Yes, subject to a production review. We confirm material, dimensions, quantities and machining details before approved work is released to the CNC workshop.
Yes. The cladding profile, fixing approach and design are Alumix Pro-developed and patent-protected. Relevant documentation can be discussed when a project team needs to complete technical or procurement due diligence.
Yes. Two six-metre ovens support powder coating and woodgrain production for compatible cladding, battens, panels, profiles and components. The current woodgrain specification uses a polyurethane-based system selected for durability; suitability and performance requirements are confirmed for the application.
No. Finished coated products and woodgrain coating services can be quoted, but Alumix Pro's proprietary woodgrain process settings and production know-how are not included in machinery packages.
Documentation depends on the product system, coating scope or individual machine. Tell us what your procurement or technical review requires and the available records will be identified in the written offer; no blanket certification is assumed across every item.
Yes. Component-only supply is central to the business. We can provide reviewed profiles, battens, panels and associated parts for your own assembly and final production.
Alumix Pro operates four CNC machines supported by production software and CNC programming capability. CNC is integrated into approved product and project orders rather than listed as a separate catalogue product.
Yes. Profiles, trims and compatible parts can be reviewed as one package so your team receives a coordinated supply rather than unrelated line items.
Yes. Once the part references, quantities and production details are approved, the same specification can support repeat-order discussions.
Selected machinery can be quoted with matching profiles and components for aluminium-and-glass furniture manufacturers. Availability, model, condition, included tooling, documentation and dispatch scope are confirmed in the written offer. The factory equipment list does not mean every active machine is for sale.
Yes. Custom aluminium wardrobes, cabinets, shelving, doors and related furniture can be produced as an additional project service.
Orders can be quoted for delivery across Australia. Packaging, freight cost and lead time are confirmed for the product mix and destination before production.
